"My room was so clean. I was impressed because I own a cleaning and im always paying attention to that stuff. The maid was so nice and detailed oriented. The thing I love the most about the hotel is that is no pets allowed "

"Reasonably priced room. Realize it was under renovation but a lot of early (4am) noise from guest kids and noisy showers. Breakfast was marginal at best. No juice at all. Limited selections "

"It's a bit of a walk to the tram from the room. Not bad, but not exactly ski in/ski out. Pool and hot tub were fantastic apres ski amenities. Tea and coffee in the lobby is lovely, but it would also be nice if there were a bit of fruit, yogurt, muffins etc available for breakfast, so you don't have to have breakfast at the mountain. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly."
