"Charged more than advertised for room, no breakfast as advertised, no room cleaning daily…was told I was on a 3day schedule…my room was cleaned once in 12 days. Mean and angry mgt. I’m not sure what kind of people have stayed here, but they don’t like their customers and expect the worst. Dirty, lists of rules, locked me out of my room at 2am cuz they wanted 100 to renew deposit??? No notice of that, just locked me out, all My stuff inside. Had to go ask for toilet paper since my room wasn’t being done, was treated like a criminal for it and told I was given enough. It’s not a good place anymore. Used to be cheap but clean and friendly. "

"Rooms were cleaned best they could be but overall condition of the hotel was tired and worn. Was also done in a motel style and having a door directly to the outside of the building/ parking lot wasn’t the best when wanting to feel safe for kids. The a/c wasn’t useable due to the time of year so when it got so hot in the room we had to risk opening the window that for us opened directly to the ground floor parking lot and foot traffic. The tub faucet was dripping the entire time and although we had requested a roll away bed in advance we were only told it wasn’t available after I asked about it a checkin because housekeeping was already gone for the day. (We checked in only 30minutes after checkin was possible). We also were only provided with two towels though our booking was confirmed for 4 people and one of the towels had a hole in it. The main desk person was polite and the continental breakfast was fine and kept stocked. Checkin and out process was smooth enough. Overall I guess you get what you pay for"

"Amazing location, right in the middle of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pretty rude and uninviting. On our second day there, our ceiling started leaking yellow-ish water and a huge water stain began spreading across the middle of our room. It was growing rapidly yet staff did not want to move us because they would be "upgrading us too much." They did end up moving us but they had not concern toward our time and we ended up without a room for around 3-4 hours so we had to haul our luggage around with us."
