"I ordered a birthday package to be delivered to room upon arrival and it was there with decorated balloons. Reservation was made by the staff at El Dorado and they also decorated the eating area, gave a lovely treat of singing happy birthday with a sparkly candle😀. All requests and needs were met, the room was done nicely to accompany 3 adults. Loved the entertainment which I was able to participate in.The overall hotel staff were wonderful, food as we say it, “ chef kiss”. Thanks Grand Palladium for an amazing experience 💙"

"Our room was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing! My butlers, Okeen and Nicholas, were outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always on top of everything. They made us feel so welcome and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The bartenders were also fantastic and very personable. Carrieanne was so much fun and made some amazing drinks! Everyone we encountered helped make our stay special. This was absolutely the best vacation I’ve ever had! "I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again."
