"Fishing town. Nobody at facility. No cars in lot. Apparently by laws say no boats. Did not know but did not ask when booking. Property manager stole our 1,500.00 boat cover and put in maintenance shed. I had to rent a spot for boat."

"It was a cheap, clean room. But the tv was tiny, and elevator was sketchy, and the breakfast was terrible. Powdered, watery eggs and rubbery sausage. "

"The arcade games didnt work just took money. Our first room was horrible. They shouldn't rent that room out but my guess is they do that for 3rd party reservations. The door didn’t work properly, the tv only jad 7 channels that worked, the outlets next to bed didnt work and breakfast was lackluster. The juice machine didn't work, pancake machine didnt make pancakes and there was littke to no hot food qhen we came diwn at 9am. "

"Hotel is nice breakfast also good, pool temperature was very warm good, but very very dirty, all pool surround floor with garbage and debris, very nasty. "

"Brand new hotel, staff is great and there are bald eagles flying around everywhere! Lots of other water birds as well. Nice outdoor space, but it was too cold. "

"The 1st room was terrible. Smelled like sewage and the bed was broken. Front desk checked us into a different room. Which was much better and they were prompt with the resolution "

"The place was very nice and close to all the fun places in Sandusky. We enjoyed the hot tub and the host was great with communication. Theres also a bar / restaurant within walking distance from the place. We had a great time here! Thanks for having us!"
