"The hallways smelled really bad and the hot water was not even close to being hot the bed was uncomfortable and the room was very small for being a king size bed The desk clerk that checked me in she was amazing kind and sweet"

The jacuzzi tub was visibly dirty, the bottom of the tub needed to be bleached, and the walls needed to be wiped down. It was missing toilet paper and soap when we checked in, also. They did provided the toilet paper and soap. All the electrical outlets were loose. There were no charging ports and all the electrical sockets were behind furniture."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times throughout the past 10 years and this last visit was horrible. The hotel had gone downhill so much. Not clean at all, my room had urine on the seat, hair in shower. I had to clean and disinfect the room myself. The pool was disgusting, the wall paint was chipping off, tiles broken. The one night I went to take my granddaughter in the pool and there was a group in there partying and had tons of beer bottles lined up, so of course we didn't go, she was upset. No rules enforced."
