Escape for the weekend to this serene, beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat just seconds from the shores of Sandusky Bay. Direct fishing access is available through the local bar at the end of the street for a small fee ($5). The property can accommodate up to 4 trucks with fishing boats. Thoughtfully designed and fully furnished, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests—perfect for family getaways, friend reunions, or a relaxing retreat.

Unwind under the stars in the new 6-person hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire ring, or cozy up by one of two fireplaces—a gas fireplace in the sun-drenched sunroom and a classic wood-burning fireplace in the living room. (Firewood is provided free of charge for your convenience.) For entertainment, enjoy an Xbox with a collection of games, making downtime just as fun as your adventures out and about.

Location is everything, and this home delivers. You’re within 15 minutes of Cedar Point, Cedar Point Sports Force Park, and the Port Clinton ferries to Kelleys Island, Put-in-Bay, and Middle Bass Island. A local tavern sits just a block away, and a nearby market is only five miles down the road—close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet.

✨ Update: Exciting new features and improvements are currently underway and will not affect existing reservations or future rates. Updated photos are coming soon. One of those exciting features is an all new six person hot tub and patio area. At this time the hot tub will not be available at this property until February 13, just in time for Valentine’s Day 💝

Very nice house in a nice quiet area but still close to Sandusky. We enjoyed the hot tub, and other amenities such as Xbox and board games. Would definitely recommend, it was so much better for our family than staying in separate hotel rooms.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at the property as we had a cancellation of an event. Preston was ready for us though with the property clean and ready to go before check in. Everything went smooth. We learned the pub isn’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays. We didn’t get a chance to try it out because we were busy the other days. Just FYI on Jackson Street Pier on Monday nights they have a family movie night and Thursdays live music. We caught the live music which we loved! And the Lagoon Deer Park about 10 minutes down the road was a hit with the kids as well as Toft’s Ice Cream Parlor.

Preston's place was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. The internet speed is great and allowed me to work while on site. The outdoor space is plentiful and there is even a pretty, little wetland next door. We woke up to bird song every morning and enjoyed walks along Sandusky Bay with our dogs. Preston is a great host who was VERY quick with responses to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the location and the house. Wished there was a gazebo or something on the patio. Would be nice if had a privacy fence or something for the hot tub. Was kind of weird having the patio and hot tub right next to neighbors windows. Was hard to talk due to their ac unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.
