"I checked in to a room with a broken door. I went back to the front desk to report the broken door, because I did not want to be charged for the damages. Also the toilet bowl was too low, seems to be the size for a preschooler. Facility needs to be upgraded."

"breakfast was pettiful, parking was spacious and nice quiet in late night hours. I got to kick back in a nice remodel comfortable room which was very spacious, those type of rooms are hard to find. But Holiday Inn Express met my expectation"

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating especially the desk clerk. The room was located as I requested and later when the neighbor was playing an electric guitar which is not appropriate in a motel room(very loud) she did contact them for me and they did stop. Room very close to many choices of restaurants and there was a nice park near by for my little dogs."

"Noted many areas in the room where paint was chipped/peeling and counter top lamenent was discolored and also chipped. Furniture was scratched and torn. Just wear and tear but things that seem relatively easy to fix. Upgrade the beds yall! It was like sleeping on a rock and I found myself sitting in the widow chair most nights just to feel some cushion under my butt. Along the lines of upgrades, the shower head seemed to spray water is approximately 37 different directions besides down onto my head with no way of adjusting it. Made getting clean feel like a chore it shouldn't have been. Besides these things, the room and grounds were very clean, the AC worked well, refrigerator was cold and staff was friendly and professional. "

"Kitchen was equipped. We brought a lot of kitchen supplies also, because we were visiting family in Rio Rancho over Easter and needed many meals to prepare. It was pet friendly. We brought our bed pet covers, that we use at home, to cover the couch and the bed in the rental. Neighborhood dogs..about a dozen of them were very noisy, because of our dog. It was located in a cute neighborhood along Corrales Rd. A beautiful area..horse farms, nurseries, mountain views, Rio Grande River walk."
