Cependant, le meuble du lavabo est abîmé; cela m'a valu des accrocs aux vêtements, le plafond de sdb est plein de traces noires qui sont lavables facilement. Elles s'en allaient en passant le doigt dessus. Prévoir de changer le pommeau de douche au plafond car l'écoulement n'est pas ok. Prévoir un pommeau secondaire qui facilite la rinçage de la...

"Poor check in service which is confusing. Sent to Kyriad which is near another hotel with similar name. Very poor idea. Full of workmen who have no respect for other guests"

"Stopped off in Laon on a trip to Switzerland. The hotel is located in the middle of town right next to the cathedral with an attractive square in front. A lovely stay with a very nice meal on the terrace in the evening. A very nice breakfast personally served. We parked in a public car park a 5 minute walk away. "

"Grand house with character in the nice part of town only a 7 min walk to the cathedral. Easy on-street parking. House has a slightly quirky museum-esque feel to it with lots of statues and busts dotted around the place. Room was spacious, bed was huge, shower was excellent and everything felt very clean. Breakfast was simple (cereal, bread, fabulous croissants and fruit) but substantial. Would recommend. "

"Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning. To some the hotel may feel dated, but out group of 8 loved the sense of history the hotel...
