Kids Entertainment: My daughter Victoria absolutely loved the activities! A huge thank you to Luisairis, Beba, and Dominga — they are incredibly warm, energetic, and creative. Every day Victoria ran to them with a smile, and we always felt she was safe, engaged, and genuinely happy. For my son Daniel, the entertainment team was fantastic as well. Special thanks to Victor Calois and Barron for their positive energy, fun games, and personal attention. They created a great atmosphere for older kids and made Daniel feel included and confident. Spa Experience: We also visited the spa, and it was wonderful. Esther and Gricel provided excellent service — very professional, gentle, and attentive. After the treatment we felt relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend! Overall, the hotel has a great family-friendly vibe, clean territory, beautiful beach, and an amazing team that really cares about guests. We are grateful for all the moments they helped create for our children. Would love to return again!"

"we have stayed twice before , this time , we rented a villa everything about the place is great . only problem this time was that we only got hot showers twice in 4 days , for the price , it is not acceptable!! also the level of the restaurant , is not up to par , compared to a few locations we have been to , they should really look into upgraded the cooking!! but aside from that we love the place ! we are lucky enough to be chefs , and know where to go buy fresh seafood locally , and we make ourself at home , with our cooking and wine drinking!!"
