Located in the beautiful town of San Vincenzo in Tuscany, this mobile home is nestled within the spacious Albatros holiday resort and is particularly popular with families. The resort leaves nothing to be desired with its numerous entertainment options. These include the beautiful pool area with several pools. In addition to two children’s pools with a lagoon, water features, and slides, there is a pool for adults, a great playground, and a mini-club/entertainment programme for children. An entertainment programme for teenagers and adults, a wide variety of sports, as well as a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, and ice cream parlour are also available. The sandy beach is ideal for families with children. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to guests.
The modern Happy Premium Suite mobile home is bright and cheerfully furnished and can accommodate up to 7 people. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), a 4-burner gas stove, a sink, cutlery, dishes, pots, a microwave, and a filter coffee maker. The living area features two Bluetooth speakers and an USB port. Additionally, mosquito nets are installed on the bedroom and living room windows. The bathroom has a sink, a shower, a mirror, and a hair dryer; the toilet is separate. The partially covered wooden deck, furnished with a table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a hanging chair, and an electric grill or griddle, is the perfect spot to relax while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning is available. A travel cot, high chair, and bed linens are also available (please reserve these when booking). Upon request, you can book half-board or full-board meals on-site. Note: If you need more than one accommodation unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy beach is approximately 800-900 metres from the holiday complex and can be easily reached on foot via a path through the shady forest. The sandy beach is particularly well-suited for families with children and is perfect for building sandcastles. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy sports activities. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.
POOL
Guests have access to an Olympic-sized pool as well as large sunbathing areas with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For the little ones, there’s a water play area featuring a lagoon, islands, slides, and water features. There are also massage jets and a heated pool that can be covered. The pool bar offers a wide, delicious, and varied selection, and you can enjoy a light snack or a cocktail in the shade.
LOCATION
The resort is located in Tuscany. The resort has plenty to offer, but if you’d like to visit an Italian town on the Etruscan Coast, San Vincenzo is a great choice. San Vincenzo is about 8.5 km away. There you’ll find a beautiful old town and several restaurants. If you’d like to visit the island of Elba, you’ll need to drive about 12.5 km to reach the ferry.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the mid and high seasons, a group of experienced activity leaders will liven up your stay in a relaxed way. Every day, there are rotating activities such as football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, and game tournaments. The team also organises aerobics, water aerobics, and other classes. There’s a mini-club for children and a junior club for older kids. There is also a playground and an adventure trail. Your children will have the opportunity to take centre stage in evening performances. Every evening, cabaret shows, game nights, and guest entertainment are organised, followed by a disco and/or dance nights. Those who want to stay active have a wide range of options. Multipurpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis, and a volleyball court are available. A lovely mini-golf course is also on site. Families with small children can also rent a cot or high chair on site.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay in shape while on holiday are spoiled for choice: football field, mini-soccer field, beach volleyball, cycling, hiking, and jogging trails. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness programme featuring stretching, water aerobics, and much more. There’s also a sand court where you can play beach volleyball. Bicycle and scooter rentals are also available. You can explore the beautiful region by bike and enjoy the wonderful views.
SHOPPING
The resort has a supermarket where you’ll find not only fresh food but also a wide selection of everyday items. You’ll also find a bazaar, a clothing store, a souvenir shop, a tobacco and newsstand, an ATM, and a pharmacy with over-the-counter medications in the holiday park.
DINING
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shopping options are also nearby. The holiday park also offers a restaurant with an open grill and a pizzeria, a takeaway spot, an “all-you-can-eat” Laguna buffet restaurant, a fast-gourmet restaurant, a fast-food snack bar, an ice cream parlour, two cocktail bars, and a disco. If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board options, you’re welcome to book them on-site (no advance registration is required).
PETS
Pets are welcome if registered at the time of booking. Only one pet is allowed, and it must weigh no more than 35 kg. Guests are required to pay a 120-euro deposit when bringing a dog. If everything is in order upon checkout, the guest will receive 100 euros of the deposit back, and 20 euros will go to the holiday park to cover extra cleaning costs.
SPECIAL FEATURES
During peak season, a small train runs to the sandy beach. The holiday park has a first-aid station, lockers, and an internet corner. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodation is inspected afterwards to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cots must be requested at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

San Vincenzo is a popular seaside resort located in beautiful Tuscany. With its long sandy beaches, the town is ideal for sunny days at the beach for the whole family. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place for you. Here, you can take long walks at sunset or enjoy leisurely bike rides. San Vincenzo also features a marina. In the pedestrian zone, you can leisurely stroll past restaurants, boutiques, and shops. The surrounding towns offer a variety of restaurants, cafés, and nightclubs. Interesting cities like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Florence are great destinations for day trips. A visit to the medieval town of Volterra is definitely worth it! The Acqua Village in Cecina Mare, with its water slides, and the “Cavallino Matto” leisure and amusement park promise the ultimate water fun for the whole family. The island of Elba and the other islands of the Archipelago National Park—such as Capraia, Pianosa, Giglio, and Giannutri—are all within reach for a day trip. Il Calidario is a well-equipped wellness centre with a natural spring whose water temperature is 36°C. In addition to high-quality wines, the Wine Route offers the opportunity to discover the region’s typical products and sample its distinctive specialities, such as olive oil, honey, cheese, and salami. One village on the Wine Route is Bibbona, which, with its magnificent nature trails through the forest, is the ideal place for hiking enthusiasts and mountain bikers. The famous Spiagge Bianche in Rosignano-Solvay (the white beaches), with their fine, light-colored sand and blue sea, are just a few kilometres away. Along the coast, you can enjoy various water sports, and the wind, which blows fairly constantly, has made Vada one of the most popular destinations for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing enthusiasts. The Secche di Vada, a stretch of shallow water, attracts fishing enthusiasts year-round. The opportunity to explore seabeds teeming with rich flora and fauna and to marvel at the unexpected natural and archaeological features found here makes it an ideal destination for many scuba divers. Nature lovers can visit the adventure park Il Giardino Sospeso. Here, you can spend a day in the forest on acrobatic suspension bridges among the trees.
