Schöne Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für einen Badeurlaub im Zentrum von San Vincenzo! Wir waren zu viert dort mit zwei Kindern und haben die großzügige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern sehr genossen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist toll und ausreichend für vier Personen. Das Bad hat einen sehr guten Standard und inzwischen wie auf dem Foto eine Glas-Schiebetür in der Dusche. Die Klimanlage im Wohnzimmer hat ausgereicht, um nachts auch die Schlafzimmer (bei offener Tür) zu kühlen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatt (inklusive Geschirrspüler), allerdings zum regelmäßigen Kochen etwas eng. Aber dafür gibt es ja ausreichend Restaurants in näherer Umgebung! Das Beste an der Wohnung aber ist die Lage! In wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand. Das Zentrum beginnt quasi vor der Haustür. Trotzdem haben wir immer eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden. Und vom Trubel der angrenzenden Straße (sowie der Bahnlinie hinter dem Haus) hat man in der Wohnung auch nicht viel mitbekommen, insbesondere weil die Straße abends zur Fußgängerzone wird. Und der Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss war total praktisch.

Sehr gute Lage, und dabei ruhig gelegen! Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, ob Strand , Restaurants, shoppen oder Einkaufen! Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Sono appena tornato da questa vacanza è l’appartamento in questione è un punto strategico x la partenza verso le isole di capraia pianosa è l’Elba ma anche il mare sotto casa è veramente bellissimo con sabbia e mare pulito vi consiglio di andarci

Alles wie beschrieben! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick vom Balkon. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und erfolgte auch während des Aufenthalts bei Rückfragen sehr zügig. Sehr zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage

Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren mit dieser Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist über dem normalen Standard italienischer Ferienwohnungen eingerichtet und so ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Supermarkt der Kette CONAD, was nur Vorteile hat (sofort erreichbar, lange offen, im Sommer Mo – So geöffnet), aber keine Lärmbelästigung o.ä. mit sich bringt. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral, d.h. in wenigen Minuten sind diverse Geschäfte, Restaurants, Eisdielen etc. zu erreichen. Ein kleiner freier Strandabschnitt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (50 - 100 m von der Wohnung), links und rechts davon sind Strandbäder mit Sonnenschirm- und Liegenverleih. Ab ca. 3 km Entfernung zur Wohnung gibt es einen kilometerlangen freien Strand mit Duschen (in größeren Abständen). Im Rücken des Strandes liegt ein breiter, mit Macchievegetation durchsetzter, Pinienwald, in dem es auch Toiletten gibt. Durchzogen ist der Wald von Spazierwegen mit vielen Parkbänken und Rastplätzen mit Tischen und Bänken. Als nachteilig wurde empfunden: Bei Gebrauch der Klimaanlage war der Balkon wg. Hitze- und Feuchtigkeitsentwicklung des Außenteils der Klimaanlage nicht mehr benutzbar. Durch den zu kurzen Duschvorhang war ein gewisses Unterwassersetzen des Bades nicht zu vermeiden. Die am Haus vorbeiführende Straße ist gut befahren (italienische Mopeds!), wird im Sommer allerdings von ca. 21:30 bis 24:00 Uhr für den Straßenverkehr gesperrt und wird dadurch zur Flaniermeile. Der Vermieter Andrea ist sehr nett, antwortet binnen Stunden auf Mails und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
