Our totally renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a residence.
It is located on the seafront in the beautiful Conchiglia area.
In front of the structure you can access a beautiful sandy beach, both free and equipped, very suitable for children. The structure, less than 500 meters from the center, is located in a very quiet area, well served by various general stores within easy walking distance. For shared use an outdoor shower, racks for bicycles, as well as a beautiful garden.
The first floor apartment (70 sq m) sleeping up to 8 people consists of two double bedrooms (one of which also contains a single bed) living room with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, smart TV and washing machine • kitchen with various crockery and cookware, large fridge with freezer • air conditioning and independent heating for the winter.
You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the terrace which is also equipped with an outdoor table and chairs
