A direct path leads to the pedestrian area along the pier and the nearby free beach. Beautiful, historical apartment block "La Rosa dei Venti", 2 storeys, semi-detached. 3 apartments in the property. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the centre of San Vincenzo, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property (fenced). In the house: washing machine (extra) (for shared use), drying room. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra).
