Right opposite to a big church, also located in an artistic area close to old town center. It's a lift with split levels inside, spacious, clean, comfortable with good air-con & Wi-Fi. We were provided VIP access (free drinks and 10% discount for dinner) which is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but included. The only issue is many stairs going up to the apartment is a bit challenging, given my husband has a heart condition and I got my left knee injured. All the...

I had a double room all to myself on the street side, but the bar across the road can be noisy in the weekends. Room serviced daily. They picked us up from the hostel for walking tours :) Great reception area to socialize with vending machines with beer, etc. You can buy alcohol from outside and bring it into the hostel. The vibe of the other travelers were great. Close to Independencia subway stop and Avenida 9 de Julio for buses. Small supermarket directly across the road, fruit shop next...

Very kind staff (Constanza) who helped me with a Spanish-speaking phone call to the airline. Great location as the Sunday market was right outside the door. This did mean the taxi had to drop me off a street before the hotel and I had to walk the last bit. Not a problem for me, but might be an issue if you’ve got loads of luggage.
Would stay there again for a similar short stay as quiet overnight as had an inside room (although no window - due to my budget).

The Circus Hotel and Hostel is a great place to stay when in Buenos Aires. Really good facilities. Clean rooms. Great outdoor area with a small pool. It's located very close to the San Telmo market. There is the subte metro only a couple of minute walk away. Overall it's one of the best hostels in South America.

Booked this hotel after seeing other reviews. From the moment we checked in until we checked out 4 days later, everything was perfect. We had a superior room which was very comfy and spacious. The hotel staff were fantastic all the way through from front desk to dining. Make sure you do the free wine tasting session which was a lot of fun. Are at UCO the well rated hotel restaurant and was not disappointed.
