No Pets Allowed.. Home was completely remodeled in 2019. Located directly across the street from Shamel Park and the sandy beach, with no homes or rooftops to obstruct your views! This home has panoramic ocean views from nearly every window in the house, framed only by Moonstone beach and Pacific Coast Cypress trees. This elegant modern beach sanctuary has been completely renovated with all new tile flooring throughout, a new kitchen, all new baths, lighting, paint and more. The contemporary open concept living area embraces a bright, airy, and relaxing beach retreat sensitivity. Upscale comforts and design choices make you feel immediately at home, while appreciating thoughtfulness to details, sparkling simplicity all at once. The home has a Tri level design, allowing for privacy, and a nice separation of space. The primary bedroom and bath are a half flight up from the living area. The half bath is on the main level, while the two additional bedrooms, another full bath, and laundry, are downstairs from the living area. Nearly all of our guests are repeat guests, who tell us that Cambria Park Shores is their favorite home to stay at in Cambria. Drink in the spectacular sunsets from every room; see dolphins from the comfort of the great room, and immerse yourself in the serenity of being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Enjoy complimentary high speed wireless internet, a beautiful gas fireplace, four flat screen Tv’s(4 smart), 2 car garage, washer & dryer, charcoal BBQ, Microwave, dishwasher, and ceiling fan in the great room. A narrow wrap around deck off the front of the house is great for toasting sunsets over the water, or gazing at the 4th of July fireworks in the park across the street. There is also a cozy sitting deck off of the primary bedroom with beautiful ocean views. Walk across the street from the house to the beach and Shamel Park. The park has a lively lawn area with picnic tables, BBQ’s, play structure and swimming pool. Walk just a few blocks to the scenic artist colony of downtown Cambria with its plentiful restaurants, appealing boutiques, art and wine galleries. Refreshing views, cozy evenings

All-day views of the green park, beautiful trees, and blue ocean beyond made for a delightful location. The kitchen is made for cooking—if only my home kitchen had so much space and was so well-equipped! Turning in the gas fireplace in the evening made for a warm and inviting living space, and the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The dining table fit 6 nicely. Our only suggestion for improvement is to add an easy-chair to the living room so that 6 people can comfortably gather in the evening. Cambria is such a beautiful place—we will be back!

Loved this house, even nicer in person than the pictures showed. Great location across from park and beach. Easy to find and get into town or moonstone stretch. It was nicely furnished, the only thing that would have been nice to have was some more cooking stuff like oil and seasonings. Also note they only have a charcoal grill, no propane but luckily my husband was good with charcoal. Only real negative about this house is that there are no curtains or blinds to block light in the bedrooms, only privacy shades. It was sooo bright before 6am, that was not fun :(

Fabulous views

The house was so well stocked, immaculate, with a great short walk to the beach. The views of the stormy beach were fabulous. Our two families had a wonderful time there. A trip to the Captain's Sea Chest, on Moonstone Beach, for terrific seafood, especially the Chioppino, is well worth it.

Most impressive was the quality of the amenities. Fully stocked with anything you could possibly want and excellent quality. Clean amd comfortable. We arrived in the middle of an epic rainstorm for this California coast. We noticed that the power had been off and the WiFi and TV had no power restored. SHOUT out to the wonderful handyman who we called at the emergency number when we couldn’t each anyone at the rental office. So sorry to have forgotten his name but he came out to the house on the weekend in rainy weather. We really appreciated his effort! All turned out well.
