Charming villa. Spacious and modern house with pool just a few steps from the Gros neighborhood.
The property has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and another bedroom with an open concept bathroom with a bathtub at the foot of the bed. Vaulted ceilings, lots of light and very spacious. It has two terraces, a barbecue area and a pool on the ground floor. The kitchen, is very well equipped and with great capacity.
In addition, there are two toilets, one with direct access from the barbecue area. It has free WiFi and parking available in the same building. It also has air conditioning and heating.
The pool is available from May 15 to October 15.
