This hotel is truly exceptional. Every design detail is beautifully curated with a refined, minimalist aesthetic that creates a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant offers excellent food with a wide variety of well-crafted dishes, and the breakfast buffet includes everything you could possibly want to start your day. This is quiet, luxurious hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was lovely, the bath a spa level experience. The restaurant on site offered a lovely meal of the day lunch/arly dinner menu. There is a fine dining restaurant that we did not have time to try, but plan ahead for reservations. The rooftop pool is sizable and pleasant with towels and a small bar available for drinks. We were in the middle of a 12 day trip and needed to do some laundry and had access to the condo building attached to do that. It was very much appreciated. The hotel sits on traffic circle on the bus line. Pleasant, clean buses with a practical schedule made it easy to get in and out of town without taxi's and Ubers. 10-12 min ride into town. We attended a concert at the Reale stadium and took the bus in but walked back. It was about 2 miles and slightly up hill but large group of the crowd was doing the same so it was enjoyable late in the evening when there was little other traffic. We could have waited for a bus but chose not to. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quiet luxury away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area in town.

Amazing facilities, we stayed as a family and felt relaxation and comfort. Loved having a bit of respite from main San Sebastián, the settings allow you to immerse yourself in nature. Highly recommend!

The hotel describes itself as luxury, but it's far from. The coffee quality was bad. There was only 1 coffee pod for two people the other one was decaf. The amenities were lacking and we had to constantly ask for extras to simply meet our basic needs of comfort, such as toilet paper, vanity kit etc. There was no tissue paper. The fridge was empty. When we asked for milk to put in our coffee, we were told we had to get it ourselves from the restaurant - this is not the standard within luxury hospitality. The mattress was not comfortable, did not meet luxury standards. The Spa experience was not generous, we booked a 30mins massage and we got only. 20mins

An excellent hotel, out of town but easy city bus

Great service and advice from reception and in the restaurant where we also enjoyed excellent food and wine in a lively environment. Rooms are very comfortable (including the bed) but ours was not well sound-proofed. It was, however, ok when you had considerate neighbours.
