Apartments in San Sebastian

"When we got there our room key wouldn't work we were in the single bed room since no other rooms were available. They changed a battery to door. Cable box in room was not even connected, toilet was so close to the wall it was weird and not sure what was happening with the hot water. Next day same thing room key didnt work and no hot water. I told them I wanna check out and want refund. They said they can't do that. They offered to upgrade room which we accepted since no refund was gonna happen. Room was way better and bigger with 2 beds and view was nice. Yes there was a big water bug in the shower, not to be confused with roaches but I was not worried about that only saw one and no more. The room could of been cleaner as far as the hairs I was finding in different places. But the cable worked for local channels and the hot water worked. The place just looks old jenky door knobs, shower handle and stuff but we got through the week and we're fine. They do have a nice bar area, live musicians. Is very kid friendly with water area and jumper for them so I give them that. Nice patio great view. I just expected better for the price but I wouldn't say it was horrible you get the good with the bad."

"Great hotel in a quaint part of PR! The staff were all very accommodating and the hotel is right on the beach. Swim up pool bar that serves drinks and lunch/dinner while you relax. We will definitely be back!"

"It’s a good hotel and it’s located in the middle of everything you can do, shopping, beaches, casino, etc.. there was a few problem like no refrigerator in my room, tv remote control was not working and one of the lights was not working either.. "

"Facilities are in very poor condition. No easy internet. Table light does not work. No TV with local channels. Jacuzzi does not work and out of order. No enough towels in bathroom. Staff very amable, courteous and wanted to help. "

"Very nice location with plenty parking. Lots of stairs. The loan you beach towels and chairs so you can enjoy the beach without bringing a lot of luggage."

"Everything was great except there was no hot water. Taking cold showers for 2 days was no fun. They said it was because they were at full capacity which seemed like a pretty poor excuse."
