The property is amazing. Everyone is so nice and courteous. The security people are amazing. Carlos is great. Was alwys so helpful from the time we arrived until we left. I recommend the hotel to everyone. Everyone single staff member was a delight to talk to. The restaurant is so amazing. Great food.

I loved everything the service. The parking lot guy(Carlos) was very kind and went above and beyond he really help us with everything that we need. The front desk girl was very helpful and kind too, if it wasn't for her we couldn't arrive on time at the airport, cuz she arranged the uber drivers at 4.00 am in the morning(I don't remember her name)cuz a miscommunication with the other girl at the front desk who supposed to arranged the transportation at the hotel. But everything went smoothly thanks to her. The food was really good the location too. I love the room with so many space and convenient cuz have all the necessary for a kitchen.

I booked two rooms and overall was ok. They don’t give breakfast after 10 am and by accident I left a pair crocs and called them within few hours of checking out they took long to answer and they said they didn’t have them and it was the only place I was wearing them during my trip

Great hidden option to stay close to zona rosa. It is being renovated, so I think it will be better. Great price for a small suite.

It was very clean quite and very close to stores and restaurants. The building it was going through renovation and during the day of course it was noisy and the entrance kind a of small. But it was good overall

Ofrecen aguas embotelladas gratis, no hubo, no había agua en las instalaciones para tomar. Yo los recomendaba pero desde esta ocasión no los recomiendo más

El mantenimiento de la estancia no es el adecuado. Las paredes sucuas falta de pintura y si arreglar los desperfectos que tenian a medio hacer. Los desyunos algo incompletos sin fruta o sin zumos.
