Very clean . Staff great except at check in the gentleman tried to offer me an insane winding staircase to my room. I said no . He was extremely rude...finally he gave me a room as I had seen. The place was clean and near the airport. No lift but I got by ..., it was my first encounter with a man from a culture where women are less than..,his attitude destroyed my first impression .

The location was not close to a lot of restaurants but easy access to metro and bus!
The room was smaller than we expected. On the Expedia listing it said 237 sq ft but if it was 190 sq fr that would be a stretch.
Also there is not “Onsite” self parking which was also stated in the Expedia listing which was disappointing but thankful there is a place to load and unload and a quick 5 minute walk back from the public parking garage!
We were extremely with the front desk daytime staff he was so very helpful and kind!

Excellent stay whilst in Rome - from great service (someone always on desk 24/7) to spacious and clean room with en suite bathroom. Excellent amenities - lots of places to eat within walking distance, public transport on doorstep and not too far from tourist attractions.
Good value overall. Only couple minor downsides - bathroom lock not working and shower thermostat was temperamental.

A fairly basic, functional hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but. Lean. Quite noisy with thin walls, doors opening and closing etc.
The Vatican area of Rome is easily reachable (2 stops) via train and the station is a short 5-8 min walk from the hotel. From the Vatican you can easily walk to the main sites of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon etc. Avoid the buses, they are never on time / rarely even turn up! So decent enough location for the city. Expedia suggested this hotel was good for the Olympic stadium. It is relatively close but no easy way there except for a pricey taxi - beware!
