Property rents beach chairs for 5 dollars per day which beats the 20 dollars they will charge you on Eagle Beach. Would stay here again without a doubt."

"Our stay at the Radisson Blu was fantastic! I brought my mother for her birthday, and we were both very happy with our experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, where chairs and umbrellas are provided. Due to the wind, however, the umbrellas have to be positioned at an angle, so by around 1–2 p.m., you're getting full sun with little shade. The rooftop infinity pool was clean and a great amenity. A few minor inconveniences brought my rating from a 5 to a 4. The exterior windows in our room were quite dirty, making it harder to enjoy the view. The towel hut was also occasionally unattended, resulting in 5–10-minute waits. On one occasion, a staff member seemed inconvenienced when I asked for fresh towels. I also had difficulty getting confirmation from the front desk about whether our bedsheets had been changed during housekeeping. Communication was unclear, and the language barrier made it difficult to get an answer. Additionally, we received stained shower and face towels one day, and the replacements were also stained. Thankfully, this was an isolated occurrence. That said, most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Janelke at the front desk, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was lovely throughout our stay. Overall, I would recommend the Radisson Blu for anyone prioritizing convenience, comfort, and great amenities!"
