"Beautiful villa, well equipped extremely clean and a view that is just out of this world. The town of Colico on the northern side of the lake is well worth the stay. Hardly any tourists, no crowds, far cheaper than other more busier areas. Great local restaurants and wonderful food. Take the ferry and avoid the crowds."

The apartment has all the modern conveniences and is tastefully decorated.We found the beds extremely comfortable and clean.The apartment is in the quiet town of Dorio, which we enjoyed because Varenna felt too touristy for our tastes though accessible by car.
