Great hotel, Glorious view.

Superb stay. Very clean, large room with plentiful facilities. Glorious view, worth staying just to watch the sun set behind the mountains. Good selection for morning breakfast, hot and cold. Staff very helpful and informative.

The location of the hotel is pretty, but they have built an ugly marquee in front of the property, blocking a lot of the view. Staff were all friendly and the restaurant was great for our evening meal. However, breakfast was supposed to be until 11am but was all gone by 9:30, and completely packed away by 10am, which was a shame when recovering from a long travel day before. The room was bare, with AC which didn't work.

Can’t beat the views

This hotel was nice, nestled at the top of Lake Como and at the bottom of a mountain! Be mindful, it’s still quite the uphill trek from the main road if you don’t have a car! Train is about a 15 min walk. There is only 2 restaurants in town, one in the hotel, so you’re at their mercy! The room is good but the views! That’s why you’re there, can’t beat them! Enjoy!

Chambre un peu petite, climatisation non mise en service car en mai ce n'était pas la saison, nous avons donc dormi dans une chambre à 28 degrés... Pas très reposant d'autant que la literie était bruyante. Hormis cela : Personnel très aimable. Excellent petit déjeuner, bon restaurant de l'hôtel avec bon rapport qualité prix. Très joli environnement. Parking à disposition.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Den aller smukkeste placering med udsigt til både bjerge og sø. Den venligste service, både i reception, til morgenmad og i restauranten. 10 ud af 10. Rigtig god og autentisk italiensk mad i restauranten. Vi var først i et dejligt stort familierum med alle tænkelige fornødenheder. Eneste minus dobbelt sengen knirkede meget voldsomt. Metal mod træramme. Så rykkede vi til et superior rum, der virkede persiennerne og aircondition ikke og der var ikke noget bidet.

Hotel Saligari offers superb views of the lake and mountains, but the comfort level is sparse. There is no air conditioning, and the top floor room we had became quite warm. The bathroom is a good size, but the bedroom is tiny. Furnishings appeared quite old. The WiFi connection was inconsistent and unusable. I did not like the outdated custom of holding my passport at the front desk during my stay. I would probably not stay here again.

Goed hotel - weinig nachtrust.

Aangenaam hotel, met heerlijk ontbijt. Helaas zorgden het bijhorende restaurant en de bar voor heel wat nachtlawaai. Isolatie tussen de kamers kan eveneens veel beter. Jammer dat geen lift aanwezig was.
