Perfect for a comfortable getaway or to go tubing down the river. in the middle of New Braunfels Texas and Austin Texas.
Perfect for big groups. Everything you may think of is close by across the highway from Texas State College. Aquarena Springs is minutes away. Each room has white noise, aromatherapy essential oils for relaxation . Tv with remote, in each bedroom, loft area plus downstairs living area. Kitchen has a Nespresso with frother plus a Keurig for you . Popcorn machine, games, dart board and more for family time in loft area. Wineries are minutes away house.

Excellent house, nice place, great host

Excellent house and worth to visit and enjoy San Marcos. Safe place, excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to the Host for being helpful and flexible. Definitely best choice !

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The location couldn't have been better, just a very short Uber to the square and the river float. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!
