I was driving 5 hrs from San Diego after work, so I called ahead to let staff know we would be arriving at 12:30. On the phone he said I needed to arrive by 11:30 then hung up…tried again, hung up. Had my husband call from home, and he said “fine, see you then”and hung up. When I arrived, I said I didn’t see on website that we had to arrive by 11:30p. He said “ it takes 5 hours, and I should use this”, and he tapped his head. I said just check me in. At that point, exhausted, and frustrated, I took care of check in and walked away. I’ll never be there again, because I never want to be treated like that again.
