This is my go to place to stay when visiting MB. I have pretty bad OCD with cleanliness being the most important. This place is ALWAYS super clean, the staff is so friendly that i came through at 4am once and they helped me find a spot to park and everything. Would 10/10 recommend!

The view of the rock is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you have a disability make sure you let them know ahead of time so you get a ground room there are only a few rooms. Close to restaurants and shops. The Friendly Fisherman has great food next door!

I love Morro Bay andthe Morro Bay Beach Inn made so convenient and accessible to all the places we like to walk to. Straight down to our favorite restaurant and the view of Morro Rock. Definitely will return for repeat visits.

I can highly recommend the Morro Bay Beach Inn for a short term visit to the Central Coast. The property needs some minor tweaks, but on a whole this property provides good value. I found the shower to be exceptional and the staff to be incredibly accommodating.

Very accommodating and friendly staff as we were able to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable, and had mini fridge/microwave/coffee available. Parking was tight and some noise at night, but that was to be expected and didn’t bother us. Perfect for our one night stay.

Bay Stay

This road side motel appears to be recently renovated. The check in and desk clerk was friendly and the process went smoothly. The hotel was a few blocks from Main Street and the water front area. Not bad for a long walk. The room was clean and well done. We noticed the traffic at the nearby intersection was a bit loud and could be heard throughout the stay. Overall was a nice place for one night to see the town.
