- Located in the prestigious Avila Valley, This home is the ideal gathering place for family vacations or events upon approval. This is a custom luxury home on 13 acres with approximately 3650 s.f. This home has five bedrooms plus a bonus room with 2 sets of custom built bunk beds(4 twin beds) and four bathrooms. A Gourmet kitchen featuring professional grade appliances which include two ovens, large center island and large pantry. The open floor plan has vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces, wood floors in common areas.
