Comfortable beds and beautiful room with a view of the surrounding lake and mountains. We would highly recommend this hotel and its beautiful staff. "

"The staff, dinner, and view at Jenna's were great. We really enjoyed that aspect. And we liked there was hot water. The hotel itself could use some love - it is dated and looking old. There are large 2-3 inch gaps under the door and it was very cold in the mornings. The internet did not work well, sometimes not at all, in the rooms. Stairs could all use some repairs and paint. Unfortunately our room was right below the bar and I assume it appeared to be friends of the staff that were quite...

"Enjoyed my stay at Art & Coffee. Owned by expat Americans living their dream. Very positive and friendly people. Large single story rooms with outdoor patios. I opted to eat at the adjacent cafe inidgo every morning - which has great food and waterfront view. "

"This was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Note that this hotel chain is very focused on a younger crowd so expect dance music from breakfast onwards in the bar/restaurant as well as lots of ads and evening activities focused on partying. The organized outdoor activities such as hikes and lake tours were great and the staff were very helpful. "

"Staff were amazing and super friendly. Our kids loved the breakfast, the pool, and the talking parrot that lives at the property. We loved hanging out on the terrace with wonderful views of the lake. Area was very safe and we had no concerns walking from the hotel into central Pana. Only had to walk a block or two to find a tuctuc. It was an amazing stay!"
