This place was overall very beautiful very affordable. The staff is amazing. I really enjoyed our bartender at the bar. He was really nice and sweet. The food is so good from here. Our room was beautiful. All I can say is I wish our AC in room 521 had more of a turbo, but overall, The experience was amazing. Definitely will be back!!

I love the nice view of Lake Atitlan. I didn't like paying for a room with a like view getting a room with garden view. that is false advertisment.

The hotel was great. First night was really noisy till after midnight on a Tuesday night. But after that we had a great stay. The non upgraded rooms did not have ac in them so I believe that the update is worth it. I would definitely visit this hotel again.
