Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
The ocean was visible from our room, property was beautiful, and staff was extra helpful. Had lunch at the Banyan Tree Grill. Great food and views. However, the service was slow and inconsistent.

This place was awesome!! Such a positive vibe everywhere you turn, both among the staff and guests. It was a great place to rest and relax, enjoy the nice water park, as well as the private beach island. Only downside was that the big boats to the island were out of commission for a couple of days ...
