"The only bad experience we had was with Gigi at the front desk. She was very rude and had a attitude but we didn’t let that get to us and wanted to enjoy our stay. The rest of the staff were amazing and so helpful! Breakfast and the grill food is good. My kids absolutely loved the virgin piña coladas!! Love that a lot of places are at walking distance. I recommend this hotel 100%. I would stay here again!"

"The breakfast was good. Hotel is showing its age and the rooms adjacent to the front of the hotel (overseeing the road and parking garage) are loud. I expect some plane noise, but airport announcements, rental cars running over the don't-backup plates were like the windows were open. The room was advertised as king size. It was a small queen and in a 10x10 room. No room. Desk was unusable."

"This is the best hotel on the island. The staff is amazing, and the hotel is beautiful. They also have access to Palomino Island which is a private island, which is beautiful and so relaxing. My dad passed away during our stay, and they completely refunded our days that we were not going to be there due to his sudden death. They were so kind in accomodating us, and were very helpful during the difficult time. I would definitely recommend staying here. "
