"Nice quaint little hotel. Really close to a lot of things in San Juan. A little on the noisy side building wise, but part of the aesthetic. Would stay again."
"walking distance to local coffee shop and other dining options. Staff was communicative and helpful at all times. Apartment was very cute and comfortable. Overall had a great time in my stay. "
"What a wonderful place to stay. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially for anyone looking to get away and relax in a beautiful natural setting with incredible amenities/service."
"Such a peaceful place to stay—and just minutes from Cueva del Indio! We spent the morning exploring the cliffs and caves, then came back to relax by the river. If you want nature, adventure, and comfort all in one, this is it!"
"The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience."
"This is literally the perfect getaway it’s breathtaking and amazing! The poolside and botanical gardens every morning was perfect. The owner is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! The two dogs really made it even better overall beautiful and already planning my next stay!"
"On the edge of the jungle you will find a lovely quite place with fantastic people/owners who will give suggestions for places to go and eat in the area. The breakfasts provided each day were fantastic. You won't regret staying with Jessica and Ruben"
"Eddie and Tisha were very friendly, helpful and they accommodate us and let us stay longer in our room. The girl that serve breakfast was very very nice and friendly too!!"
"We loved our stay in this truly unique property. Rachel was a wonderful host, bringing us fresh picked mangos and quenepas. We picked our own star fruit and enjoyed snuggling with the kittens that reside on the property. We enjoyed every moment of our off the beaten path stay!"

"Jessica and Ruben were incredible hosts. Their property is so gorgeous with views of both the rain forest and the ocean. We loved that their animals were roaming around! After chatting with Jessica and Ruben over their fantastic homemade and authentic breakfast (our favorite of the entire trip) we truly got to see how their vision of a sustainable bed and breakfast has begun to take shape. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We were welcomed with open arms and would...

"The overall condition of the hotel is great, however the rooms need upkeeping. There were very noticeable marks on the walls, furniture and flooring as well as chipping of the shower floor, that need to be repaired, in order to keep with the Marriott standard. Also I noticed what appeared to be mildew stains on the walls and ceiling of the shower, along with rusting of the sprinkler head in the bathroom. I would have asked for a new room but the hotel was full. Other than the room condition, the property is a great place to stay. "
"Rooms were cleaned every day w out request ,the spa was amazing definitely worth the money husband and I enjoyed the private jacuzzi together , property was beautiful. All the staff were great "
La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
10/10 Excellent
"La Concha Renaissance Resort in San Juan is where luxury meets island energy 🌊✨. From the moment you walk into the lively lobby, you’re greeted with sleek décor, upbeat music, and that ocean breeze that instantly says vacation.
The rooms are bright, modern, and built for the view — waking up to the waves from my balcony was everything. The bed was Hilton-level comfy, and the design felt chic yet cozy, making it totally Instagram-worthy.
Dining was a highlight: from fresh seafood by the pool to fine dining at Perla, every meal felt like a new experience. And yes, the piña colada at the lobby bar is a must 🍹.
The amenities are unmatched — infinity pools that blend into the ocean, stylish cabanas, and a vibe that shifts from relaxed sunshine to nightlife energy once the DJ kicks in.
Located in Condado, you’re steps from beaches, shopping, and Puerto Rico’s best nightlife.
⭐ La Concha is perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers who want style, fun, and oceanfront relaxation all in one. Would I stay again? 100%. 🌴✨"
