"We were celebrating our anniversary. Resort was amazing. Views are breathtaking. The room was nice. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Lots of pools and pool chairs. Didn’t feel overcrowded. We were not able to swim at the ocean. We were here in August. Due to strong currents and waves. I feel like the advertising should say “swimmable beach during so and so months”. The swimmable beach was the main reason we booked this resort and it was a big disappointment not to be able to swim at the ocean. We also had the last two nights people at the bar were very loud and screaming. I felt like the people at the front desk didn’t give us a good explanation where everything is and how to find places and where to sign up for activities. Overall we had an amazing time and hopefully will be back!"

"Beautiful property and on-site butlers and bartenders were excellent. We did not have the best experience checking out. We were over charged and when we discovered this and tried to reconcile via email, the resort stopped responding. Very dissatisfied and of course left a poor taste in our mouths. We likely will not recommend this hotel going forward. Too many good options in Cabo to not deliver end to end customer service."

The service was truly exceptional—honestly a 20/10. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. The resort itself is incredibly private, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is second to none. If you’re looking for true luxury, privacy, and world-class hospitality, Las Ventanas exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return.
