"Clean room and spacious room. Check in staff. VanShuttle and boat shuttle between facilities works really well.The view. "

"Room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The beach was better than expected. Food choices were very good and the food was good. Bars didn’t open until 10:00 am. Not much for entertainment in the evenings. Rooms were almost too big. Ha. Very nice. Elevators were great. It was nice to have a hot tub by the Adults only pool. The area was very nice and safe. Being able to go to the other resorts was really nice too. Overall, it was a great experience and would go back again. "

"We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and our suite was lovely. We had just a couple of minor complaints.There is no hair conditioner provided, and none available, apparently. Our shower didn't drain well, and we were standing in ankle deep water during showers. Some of the food in the Bistro was bad (chicken shawarma sandwich and tortilla soup). Also, I left a shirt behind in the room, and felt that not enough was done by the staff to help locate it when I called."
