Relax in this quiet, centrally located space just outside the Porta San Matteo, historic center. 70 m2 apartment on the second floor with fantastic balcony overlooking the towers of San Gimignano. Equipped with a double bedroom, 1 large living room with a single bed, sofa, 1 complete bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet. Kitchen equipped with hob, sink, oven, kettle, coffee machine. Free wi fi, TV. 052028LTI0036



The building does not have an elevator. Free public municipal parking a few meters away in Via Delfo Giachi

Important: the tourist tax 1.50 per person per night from 12 years onwards for a maximum of 5 nights applies from 1 March to 31 October and must be paid in cash on site.

Modern apartment in San Gimignano

This modern apartment is in a great location on the edge of the old town in San Gimignano. The ease of a short walk everywhere made our short time in this beautiful medieval town very enjoyable. Parking is not onsite or outside the apartment as we were lead to believe from the advertisement. Although not far away, with heavy luggage, a climb from the public carpark down the road and 2 floors of stairs to climb, this was our only challenge. Opening up the windows and shutters on arrival was required to relieve the apartment of a musty odour-this dissipated once fresh air was achieved. The host was responsive once contact from us prior to arrival was initiated. Overall we enjoyed a very safe and comfortable stay and loved San Gimignano.

really convenient location with on street parking and a 10 minute walk to main square in san Gimignano. I would certainly use again.

Lovely Balcony

I was not impressed with this stay. The apartment was clean, but it was stark and very cold the night we were there( no instructions for heat). We had rented for two nights but only stayed for one.

Nous avons eu un problème de communication nous avons du attendre deux heures Le logement de Elena es très bien malgré qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé ! Nous n’avons pas trop souffert de chaleur il y a une fan L’appartement me semble propre la salle de bain aussi C’est la cuisine n’était pas propre la vaisselle était mal lavé Le savon à Vaisselle diluée avec de l’eau aucun linge à vaisselle n’y de linge à vaisselle !! Assez difficile de bien laver et sécher Il manque quelques accessoires Mais l’emplacement est génial toujours de la place à stationnement éclairage parfait très tranquille et Elena nous a laissé une bouteille de vin Je le recommande ( seulement la vaisselle & et le manque d’accessoires en cuisine Merci Elena
