"The room was spacious and the king size bed was comfortable. Having a room with both a tub and a shower was very convenient. They check in was quick and easy. There was a coffee maker in the room but no pot. Also, the room had an ice bucket but no glasses. And it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom."

"This is a small hotel in a great location, walking distance to Zocalo. Hotel is clean and comfortable. If I can make a suggestion, I think it would make a great option if they would provide better quality of essentials like shampoo and hand soap. Having a small box of Kleenex and a bottle of water daily would be getting excellent ratings. "

"The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights."
