Easy access with most neighborhoods about a 15-20 minute drive away. Public transportation is a 4-min walk away.

This apartment is a great home base in a perfect location. Beautiful finishes, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. And just steps from shopping, a few minutes from downtown. We would stay again!

Great for visiting USF

The location was perfect for our visit at USF. It’s a quiet neighborhood right next to the school. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. It isn’t really set up for cooking, so if you want that this wouldn’t work. Overall it was close to where we needed to be, walkable to a lot of places and had everything we needed.

Great location, in the middle of everything and very walkable. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of parking, but there are restrictions during the day. Clean, well maintained property and host is wonderful! Ethan was very quick in responding to questions and made our stay very pleasant.

Convenient, well-maintained apartment

Ethan's apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and all essentials were provided. The location is very convenient (walking distance from the Presidio and Haight-Ashbury), but still located on a quiet street. Street parking is available but limited to 2 hours during the day on weekdays, which may not be convenient to those who want to leave a car at the apartment while exploring the city.

Wonderful stay and accommodating host!

This apartment is such a gem. It's very clean and feels pretty updated when it comes to decor. It's also in a great location, close to everything, yet still in a quiet neighborhood that feels very safe. I stayed there with three friends and we needed a late check out, so for an additional fee the host was willing to accommodate that and we were super grateful. Overall the host was responsive, the stay was fabulous, and I would stay here again or recommend this property to anyone looking for a two bed/two bath in the city.

We stayed at this property for a USF graduation. It was exactly as advertised. Convenient to both campus and local spots for food and shopping. The host is super responsive and attentive. Easy enough street parking, clean and modern. As advertised, be sure to note the kitchenette. Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large sink. Not a place to cook and eat meals. Two couples comfortably each with a full bathroom.

Great location, nice neighborhood, ample and safe street parking, and a clean unit with updated bathrooms. Ethan was very timely in his responses and kindly provided missing items. The simple minimalistic unit worked well for our needs, but for someone who wants to cook, know the kitchen amenities are minimal (no picture of that view on the site). There is a mini refrigerator but no stove or oven. We enjoyed our stay.
