In any case of event you need my assist i can be there in reasonable time. Great location, close to so many fantastic SF sights. Jerry was easy to communicate with and helped us as needed. Parking was easy, the house had plenty of space for all 5 of us, and we all enjoyed our stay.

Beautifuly kept and spacious. The perfect spot to stay for our family weekend to the San Francisco. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was easy to get around. Love how close we were to the ocean and public transportation. Great location for morning runs! The host is quick to answer questions and was very helpful with information before and thoughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to our friends!

Great place to stay! Location is super close to the beach and Golden Gate Park, which worked perfectly for out planned activities. The house is adorable - my kids especially loved it. The convenient and free parking is great. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We got to SF earlier than planned and he let us check in early. Thanks for a great stay!

Jerry was generously informative, helpful, responsive. Fine comfortable house in a quiet safe location. Public transportation nearby (once you are oriented). If you are on foot it's a bit of a ways to groceries and dining. (Also, two bus transfers to get around the Park to Legion of Honor so Lyft was more convenient.) A friend and I enjoyed our four days for art very much!

Great Home In SF

Great place to stay in San Francisco with easy on street parking, grocery stores and great restaurants within walking distance. Close to public transportation. Home itself is very clean and updated with everything you need for a home away from home. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

SF Sunset District Getaway

Great stay at Jerry's place

We had a wonderful stay at Jerry's place. Before arrival, communication was excellent, and his instructions for check-in were clear with accompanying photos. His home is in a great location with parking available right in front. The home is clean and well-furnished with all the comforts of home. Beds were super comfortable. We look forward to staying at Jerry's the next time we're in SF!

This house was lovely! Cozy, beds, cozy temperature. It had all the amenities we needed and games to spend a nice evening playing chess, pick up sticks, and cards as a family. Easy parking, quiet location. You won’t regret!

Wonderful stay

Jerry was a great host, the home was so spacious and met my families overnight trip needs. We took advantage of the wonderful kitchen and living room and rested well in the quiet neighborhood. There was a farmers market in walking distance so I happily went to that in the morning before we checked out.

Perfect location and host

Unit was beautiful in a great and safe neighborhood. L trolley to downtown is 5 min walk. Great area to jog. Owner was super friendly and easy to deal with. A true pleasure.

San Fran stay

We had a great time staying in San Fran, despite a rainy weekend! This place was as described. House was very roomy, had everything we needed. It was in a great location - safe, close to the beach (we walked, about 15 min), Golden Gate Park, transit, etc. Host communicated exceptionally well. No complaints, would stay again for sure.

We loved our stay in Cheerful-House. The house is very comfortable for a family of four and is very centrally located. Jerry is an exceptional host who met us upon check-in. Great overnight stay in San Francisco

We had a group of 6 (3 couples) that had a great stay! It was an easy check in with good communication. We cooked breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen and then were on our way to Napa Valley. Thanks, Jerry!
