Bright and sunny living room by the front porch, perfect for your morning coffee. Spacious kitchen with a cozy dining area that can also be used as a Zoom room.

Location highlights:

Walk to downtown San Bruno for breakfast and great restaurants

Caltrain and BART stations are right across the street

Easy train ride to SFO Airport (15 minutes) or downtown San Francisco (25 minutes)

Highways 101, 280, and 380 are all within a mile

Dual-pane windows help reduce noise, but some sound from trains and airplanes is expected

I live in the ADU (a separate unit with its own entrance) at the back of the house. We share one wall, but you'll have complete privacy

Shared washer and dryer in the garage

Suitable for 4 adults if two are comfortable using the convertible sofa bed
