Very clean, easy entry, comfortable bed. We were unable to adjust the thermostat because the battery needed replacing. Lovely patio and convenient location.
Kitchen had so many tools and appliances. Nice breakfast nook. Sweet back deck overlooking gorgeous backyard and shared private open-space with the other neighbors.Shower was clean, hot, and good flow.Great location walking distance to all of inner sunset, 2-3 blocks from the 9th and Irving heart of inner sunset.Quiet at night, slept like the proverbial log.

The unit was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was totally set up for cooking. There is one bed and a pull out sofa bed, so really only adequate for 2 individuals or 2 couples. It is very quiet and the outdoor space is nice. We enjoyed the many restaurants nearby and the Golden Gate Park.
Great Victorian style lodgings close to Golden Gate Park museums and attractions. Spacious accommodations, well supplied with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Though it was street parking, we had no trouble finding parking. Would stay again!

Good.
Clean and comforable. Ideal for our visit to city.
Gorgeous place in clean quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to market, coffee shops, tons of restaurants. Short walk to tiled stairs and Golden Gate Park. We loved 11th Avenue and will be back.
The host was very accurate with the description of the property and location. It was great to be out of downtown San Francisco yet still close enough to explore using uber or Waymo. Facilities in the house were excellent. I would highly recommend it to others.
We had a wonderful time staying at Michael’s place. The location was perfect for our visit, and the place is filled with fascinating furniture and paintings. I felt I was at my great aunt’s place.
Michael is a generous and responsive host. Enjoy.
The location of this house is perfect, near Irving street restaurants, easy access to the ocean view beach by Muni N train, walking distance to Golden Gate Park, with the highlights of the SF Botanical Garden and de Young Art Museum, hop on hop off stop and the park itself. Adults and teenager loved it.
The place is so beautiful, close to all the things we wanted to do, took the family on the trolley and the trains. They've never been on before. Got to experience everything. Thank you so much.
Apartment was very spacious for two of us. It was tidy and clean, and a bit brighter than it looked in the listing pictures. Felt like a safe part of town, very close to Golden Gate Park and made a good home base to explore the city for a few days. Parking is on the street, free but with time limitations on most streets. Usually wasn’t an issue as we were out and about during the day. The only issue we had was at check in, we arrived a little over an hour after check in time and the cleaners were still there and needed another 30 minutes or so. Might have just been a one time issue that day. Lastly, although it is advertised as being very private, there is a shared entryway with the owners and only a small privacy screen between the entry way and the hall that leads to the rental bedroom and kitchen/bath. You can close and lock the doors for the bedroom and kitchen if you want, but this would be inconvenient overnight if needing to get up to go to the bathroom as it would be through two locked doors. All that said, we had no issues, heard the owners but didn’t actually see them, and they were very responsive to text if we needed anything. Overall, a good stay for the price. Would stay again.
This property is like visiting your mom's house out of town! It's not bougie or upscale, it's a home. It's old sf and has lots of character. If that's what you're looking for, you'll love it. It's in a great location. The house has everything you need and more. We forgot a couple things and we're happy to see them in the house. We did use the kitchen and it saved us some $. I will say some of the decorations and furniture are not kid friendly so if you have rambunctious kids you may want to skip it. We also assumed the 2 bedrooms were separate from the living room so note that they are not however we fit comfortably with our family of 4. Any more would be uncomfortable as the kitchen and bathroom are tight. Over all would stay again if it was just my husband and I. Parking is on the street but not too busy even on July 4th weekend. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The downstairs neighbor was very nice we only chatted with him once while he was in his garden didn't see him again. The outdoor area could use some TLC because it's beautiful and the selling point of this house imo.
We didn’t stay at the property at all, and ate all of the money we paid. The parking at this property is terrible. If you have a car, this isn’t the property for you (in my opinion). If you are using car services it would be great. We did go inside (while double parked) and it looked very clean, and it’s in a great location. The owner of the property stated the no one has had a problem in 20 years parking at this property..um..I don’t believe it for a second. Read through the comments..and every bit of the property description. Look on Google Earth to see what you’re dealing with ahead of time BEFORE booking.
Great communication with host & helpful tips left in the kitchen for us! Parking sucked because of current construction so check that, but otherwise great stay! Great location for GGP activities
