"The staff are fantastic. Everyone of them. From the front desk to the restaurant. What I didn’t like was the noise. It was really load. Not just from the game but also the street. I also thought $70 valet is really high and I did not know there was a destination fee."

"The apartment style room was a nice touch for my trip. When I arrived, the check in took a bit longer than I would have liked. It's not streamlined and then you need to wait for the person at the front to check your ID and then after everything you need to wait for the code and room number to be text to you. It was fine, just took a bit and I was on a time crunch. Once I got into my room, I went to lock my laptop up in the safe for the evening. The safe didn't work. I took a closer look and could see the battery door was off the battery compartment. I took it off completely and took a look at the batteries, and noticed they were all in backwards - so clearly that was why it didn't work. So I replaced them the correct way and it worked. Then that evening I pulled out the steamer to get my clothes ready for the next day, and the steamer didn't work. I tried to call down, but the number listed online for the property doesn't work. So I text back to the text received about my room number, and after about 20 minutes somebody brought up an iron. After they left, I realized I had no ironing board - so I just had to work with what I had. So nothing terrible, the property was decent and would stay there again - but definitely a few frustrations."

"We were here for 3 nights, never had housekeeping, asked for fresh towels, never received them. Bathroom not properly stocked, had to ask for TP. Train directly behind the hotel, felt like we were sleeping on the tracks. Would not stay here again."

"Very unique building and great location. We chose to not pay for breakfast add-on for the full stay, but did do one morning. I would not do the breakfast again unless they improve on the offerings. The rooms are cozy, our room had some minor cosmetic issues that need to be addressed otherwise the say was good. This is located right off a freeway ramp, so great location. Staff was very responsive whenever we needed something. Would stay here again."
