About this property

We create a home away from home Near Shopping 15 Minutes from Beach

  • This is an air conditioned ground floor unit with all great quality appliances, beds, etc. The appliances are stainless steel and counters are granite. It has a 46' Sony flat screen TV in the living room and a Sony flat screen 40' TV in the master bedroom. The unit has wireless, broadband internet connectivity. The patio yard is tiled with flowers growing on its border. It has two sets of table and chairs for your leisure enjoyment. The unit is close to a major shopping center and approx. 15 minutes from Pacific Beach and from La Jolla. The complex has an exercise room with new exercise equipment as well as three swimming pools, a spa/hot tub and a sauna. It has a gas barbecue close to the gated yard. Access and dedicated parking is secured/gated.
