Look no further, this unique home away from home is located in the heart of Pacific Beach. Within minutes to beach, bay shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to San Diego`s major attractions.

Note: In November 2025, this unit underwent a remodel, including all-new flooring, fresh paint, and recessed lighting throughout. Photo just updated!!

For larger groups, please check my profile to book another unit/house on same property! There is an additional 2 bedroom + loft right next door, and a 3 bedroom single family house in front. Total of 7 bedrooms booked together!

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath + Loft is minutes away from the beach and bay. 1 block off of Garnet Avenue (The main strip in Pacific Beach). Many great restaurants/bars within walking distance. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker + everything you could need to cook a meal at home. Private gas BBQ on balcony/deck. The beds (King, Queen, twin & futon) are brand new, comfortable & clean. There is covered parking for 1 car and coin laundry on site! Central to all San Diego has to offer.

The entire, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is yours. It is located on the second floor of a quiet 3 unit building.

You have the ability to have as much, or as little, contact. I am here to give any recommendations and to make your vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Pacific Beach is a true gem. To the south is Mission Beach and Ocean Beach; north is La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the beautiful North County Coastline (Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside). You can bike and walk everywhere in this amazing beach town. Belmont Parks roller coaster and arcades in South Mission Beach is perfect for kids after a lovely beach day. Catching the sunset at Law Street, PB Boardwalk, or Kate Sessions, is a must! Approximately a $20 UBER/LYFT to Downtown/ Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, North Park, and La Jolla! Torrey Pines State Park and golf course is 15 minutes away. Sea World (just a bike ride away), Legoland, The Zoo and The Safari Park are there for your entertainment! Don`t forget Balboa Park and all of our lovely Museums.

IMPORTANT Loft Safety Notice:
This unit features a steep loft ladder and elevated loft area. The ladder and loft pose a significant fall risk — especially for children, but potentially for any guest who does not use caution or is uncomfortable with heights. A fall from the loft would be a long drop and could result in serious injury. Please consider this carefully before booking.

**Please Note: All payments are processed via Stripe, which charges a non-refundable 4% credit card processing fee. In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, the refund will be issued minus the 4% processing fee, as this amount is retained by the payment processor and not recoverable

  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. Great location

Very easy to get anywhere for food or entertainment. The beaches are close and walking distance. Host was great and always there if needed.
