The BEST of the best on Mission Bay!

Come join us for the best of the best on the sand in Mission Beach. Our beach house has unobstructed views of Mission Bay and you can enjoy the nightly summmer fireworks show from the large private deck.

The master bedroom (aka Captain's Quarters) has a comfy California king bed and a bathroom with a shower, jacuzzi tub, bidet and walk in closet.

There are two more bedrooms down the hall, the Crew's Quarters with a comfy queen bed and the Mermaid room with a comfy queen bed. Off the hall are both a guest bathroom and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is a cooks dream with a panoramic view of the water and all the amenities you will need, including built in appliances.

We are located just down the sidewalk from the Catamaran Resort where the Bahia Belle and William D Evans (both sternwheelers) dock nightly. This property is right on Sail Bay across from The Aquatic Center! There is a private elevator that services this property. We also provide a laundy room with a washer and dryer.

Mission Bay Relaxation and Fun

We had an amazing stay! The place had all the amenities we needed and offered plenty of space for our family of five. The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful weekend. Property had the perfect location. Great amenities. Super easy access. Susie was wonderful to work with and communication was great. Next time we do San Deigo, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Relax on the bay

Susie was a great host; she was easy to contact and provided clear instructions. Her home was so tranquil and restful with a beautiful deck, kitchen and living room facing the bay. The shared space was so well planned with a lot of different places to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location and beautiful view

We had a great time and Susie was an awesome host. Great location close to bars restaurants and all the amenities near by. Beach was five minutes away but we also enjoyed the beautiful quiet bay.

We had an excellent stay here. Here are some of the highlights: -Great communication from the host -Beautiful deck looking at the bay (our favorite spot!) -Great location: walking distance to PB, plenty of restaurants. Easy access to the bus with a 25 min ride to Old Town -Parking for two cars -Thoughtful touches (games, amazingly stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, umbrella and sun shade)

From the moment we booked, her communication was clear and helpful, making our entire stay seamless and stress-free.The home itself was wonderful. The bayside location is truly special, with a spacious, comfortable deck that easily accommodated our group. Mornings on the deck were peaceful and serene, and each evening we were treated to SeaWorld’s fireworks, framed beautifully by the silhouettes of palm trees across the bay.It genuinely felt like a home, not just a rental. The kitchen was impressively stocked with every gadget, dish, and cooking utensil you could think of—making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like spices, cooking essentials, and hand soap in the bathrooms. These little conveniences made a big difference and added to the feeling of being truly at home.Susie has clearly put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and well-equipped space. Beautiful Sunrise

We enjoyed our stay on Sail Bay. We loved having coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise. This location is walkable to many restaurants. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Great location in Mission Beach

Nice location on Bay side of Mission Beach. Great views of bay, within short walk of beach. Lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to major attractions in San Diego.

Great home and superb location

Loved the property and the location. Great view and easy access to the bay beach and Mission Bay area. Had everything we needed. Great beds and big kitchen with a view! Loved sitting on the spacious patio every morning and night watching the fireworks. Would absolutely rent this place again.
