Spacious 6 Bedroom Vacation Home with Waterslide & Heated Saltwater Pool

You have the best of everything San Diego has to offer plus a view of the bay and SeaWorld fireworks, without the noise and crowds of being on the beach. The house has just under 3000 square feet of living space in this beautiful quiet upscale neighborhood. You will enjoy fun family time in the heated saltwater pool, rest in the jacuzzi after seeing the sites and enjoy dinners together using the outdoor kitchen! After the sun goes down enjoy the fire pit while enjoying the view.



The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and is ideal for couples and families. Before booking, please pay attention to San Diego noise ordinance and rules regarding noise and parties to avoid any issues. If your dates are not available, please ask about our other similar property nearby.
You will receive access instructions 24 hours before your stay.
A master bedroom is located downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a master bedroom with balcony and attached bath. The fifth bedroom has a trundle bed and a full-size bunkbed with a balcony off the room. We do have pack n plays, highchairs, umbrella stroller and more if needed. We do not charge for these items but please let us know if you need them so we can assure they are ready for your arrival.

We also have two living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.
The best way to travel in San Diego is by rental car or Uber. We are only 5 to 25 minutes from most attractions.

Great place to stay if your family members like to swim and/or hot tub! Enjoyed the use of the outdoor kitchen too. The house had plenty of pool and bathroom towels! Also, it was really nice to have the use of a washer and dryer. April was great help with issues ( which were minor) and suggestions of where to go! Would definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect Stay for Our Annual Golf Trip – Easy Access to Torrey Pines!

This home is just the perfect place for a large family group. Our grandkids had a blast in the pool. The adults loved it, too! The location is really great. Our group stayed at this property from Nov 7-10, 2024. This property is great for accommodating a large group. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard by the firepit (which has great views) as well as sitting in the jacuzzi that can easily fit 8 adults and the seating is very comfortable. When we had any questions for the owner, she was extremely prompt in getting back to me either via text or a call. I highly recommend this property!

Everything about the house was wonderful! All of the arrangements were easy and the owners, April and Michael, were very helpful and answered any questions we had. It was very well located, clean and attractively furnished. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was also an outdoor grill. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our multi-generational family of eleven. We especially enjoyed using the beautiful pool and jacuzzi (pool towels were provided). February weekend getaway

My group of 12 stayed here for a long weekend. The place was amazing! In person it was even better than the pictures. We had plenty of space and had so much fun in the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen had all the utensils you could ask for to create any meal and there were so many extra touches. We are already looking for dates to come back. Good times in Pacific Beach!

The house is in a nice area, convenient to beaches and many San Diego attractions. We enjoyed the pool with slide, hot tub, and outdoor grill with wonderful weather. The listing showed one bedroom with a king and queen bed, but this needs to be updated. Fortunately it wasn’t an issue for our group. We’d definitely stay here again !

Amazing Family Vacation!

Wow! This was definitely a trip where we wanted to spend as much time at the house as possible. The backyard/pool is just as great as it looks in pictures and the layout with the open kitchen/family room and into the backyard made it perfect for our party of 7 to enjoy each other while doing various activities. The rooms were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Such a great location - just 15-20 minutes to everything we wanted with grocery stores and restaurants just a couple minutes away. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Spring Break Vacation

Summer break for the grandkids happened at the same time this year and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of where to stay. The house was perfect with everything that we needed to have the perfect vacation. The pool area was a great hit with the 5 grandkids (adults too)! The kids all loved sleeping in the same room which was set up perfect. April and Michael were super about answering all questions and had everything ready for us upon arrival. Mini family vacation

We had a wonderful time on this property. My husband has had some health issues so we were looking for a place that would accommodate the young and elder ones among us.
