San Diego Gem in North PB Close to the Beach and Walkable to Restaurants

Located on Turquoise St, you have easy access to everything North PB has to offer as well as Bird Rock, La Jolla, Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. The space is an upstairs separate unit perfect for couples. The front living area has large windows with a great view of the ocean all the way to Ocean Beach (with shades for privacy). Your private apartment is light and airy, with comfortable furniture. It's spacious, clean and cozy with gorgeous views through over-sized windows. Surfing, swimming and sunbathing are walking distance 5 blocks down the street at Tourmaline Surf Park or hop on a bike and head north to visit La Jolla's world famous beaches. Free off street parking makes it easy to go sight see downtown or any of the surrounding areas.

The apartment is upstairs with its own completely separate entrance. You must be able to walk up 20 steps.

It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long.
