The deck is great space to BBQ, relax, soak in some rays, and enjoy the sunsets. Centrally located, minutes from SeaWorld, Downtown, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Old Town, La Jolla, local beaches, the SD Zoo & more! Easy access to outdoor activities such as running, surfing, biking, boating, water-skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing & more.

NOTE as of Sept 2022:
Please note that there are some on and off construction projects in the neighborhood. The hours for workers are typical daytime working hours and any noises are not disruptive. Also, it's quiet at night and will not impact sleeping.. We haven't had and problems or complaints but it's something we feel we should mention.
