This unit is on the top floor of sea the sea condo complex in pacific beach. The views are fantastic, north and south. No partial view between the ends of the building, which some homeowners say are panoramic. There is nothing between you and ocean other than ocean blvd and the beach. This unit has views over historic Crystal Pier, all the way to La Jolla.and south to coronado. See the Sea complex is located in an area surrounded by 100s of restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc.

Much needed getaway

This was our second time staying at this property and definitely not our last! We love to be right on the beach and we have to be able to listen to the waves the entire time we are there. We also do most of our own cooking, so we need a solid kitchen. This location is perfection!!

Gorgeous Ocean Views from this condo

Loved listening to the ocean all night. My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted. Had parking, was safe, and clean. We will be back here in the future.

Location was great! Right on the beach, no streets to cross and nothing blocking the ocean view. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around at all times of day. Plenty of food options within a few blocks, including a grocery store. The unit could use updating but it was clean and worked well for us.

Great Location and Easy

The location was in our favorite San Diego beach community. We drove up to the garage gate and called the host and Ron answered and told us how to get in. Very easy. He later called to ask us how it was going and to check on our comfort. We had a great time and people watching from the balcony was great!

Great Pacific Beach Condo

Great location and short drive to San Diego's fun attractions! Enjoyed balcony views of ocean, pier and beach. City Taco and Boards and Brew were good eateries and it was nice to have Ralph's grocery store nearby. Condo has comfy couch, beds and blankets. The master bathroom needs cosmetic updates. There were homeless and musicians on the boardwalk in front of balcony.

Ocean View Condo

We loved the location and view! Very comfortable family room and king bed was nice. The queen bed wasn't comfortable to sleep on. We appreciated the hot tub and private parking. Ron was quick to help answer any questions! We still enjoyed our stay! 4 star quality just because of the queen bed and the fact that there was a musky smell in the hallway that comes with an older hotel.

Absolutely wonderful condo BREATHTAKING views and location!

Everything we needed was there. We drove from the airport, parked rental car in the underground garage, took the elevator up to the top floor and easily got into the condo at midnight. Fell asleep to the waves, got up and had coffee on the ocean-front balcony and went to the beach! Ron made everything available and easy and we were in awe of the view, the activity on the boardwalk, the ocean, the waves, the surfers, the sunsets, exploring San Diego. We hope to go back once a year!

Fabulous location

Balconies overlook the ocean and the walkway. Great ocean views and sounds. Nice to have underground parking. Unit is handicapped accessible. Bed comfortable. The complex is 50 years old. Bathrooms and kitchen a bit dated. But maintained well. Ron was very easy to work with.

Quite Happy

This is a very nice/solid VRBO offering. The unit and building is not in the luxury category as its somewhat dated, but the beachfront location, patio views, parking and convenient access to all SD has to offer makes up the difference. Besides, a trip to SD should be more about experiencing the city than hanging around a condo. We slept well - fresh air and the waves are the only thing you hear. One small disconnect was figuring out the cable tv set up and problems with service in the 2nd bedroom. Maybe there some written instructions could be provided. Its priced appropriately given the +/- balance and Ron really seems to care about you having a quality experience. We'd consider staying again.
