The bright, sunny living area greets you as you make your way inside giving you the perfect place to relax after a long trip or after a day out at the beach. The living space opens out into the modern, gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you need including high-end appliances, a coffee maker and a large central island with bench seating making entertaining a breeze.   • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. The property was perfect for our visit to San Diego. The house was actually larger than we expected! The host’s communication was excellent and he even accommodated us when we had a few issues with our rental car and needed to store our luggage for a bit before check in. Great Family Stay

Owner/manager was a great communicator. Little issue with the air mattress, but the owner made a quick reply and we had a work around for our stay. Easy street parking, super cute neighborhood to stay in. Comfortable stay for our family and little kids, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would highly recommend this location.

Perfect house for family getaway

Lovely house in a prime, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for four adults and well-stocked kitchen for eating in. The only thing that threw us was the lack of a dining table inside. It is accurately described in the listing, we just didn’t notice it until we got there. The breakfast bar is plenty big and there is a dining space on the large front patio, so it was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.and

Great every time!

This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as great as we remembered it! The location is perfect, the outdoor space is great, and the house has everything you need for the beach. Evan is great & communicates all the information you need. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Perfect Pacific Beach Oasis!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Pacific Beach Oasis! The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group, and the location in Pacific Beach couldn't have been better. A short walk to amazing dining options, and some of the best coffee locations PB has to offer. The cozy interior was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The back deck was a great spot for morning coffee, and the front deck was perfect for evening gatherings around the provided fireplace. The proximity to the beach and local attractions made this an ideal choice for our vacation. I highly recommend this property hosted by Evan.

This Pacific Beach home was in the perfect location for our trip to San Diego and the wonderful beaches, restaurants, and fun night life were within walking distance. The pictures and home description was very accurate. The home itself was extremely clean, well decorated and every amenity available. The beds were super comfy. The property is clean organized very quiet neighborhood, very accessible to Pacific Beach and all other attractions in San Diego. The owner of this property literally thought of everything from the coffee to the towels extra pillows extra bedding extra bed so on and so forth everything was amazing. PB Tranquility

Our family was very fortunate to stay in this home. We use to live in the area, so we knew where everything was. This vacation rental made all the difference in a great trip back to the area or a potential flop. The owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with and provide more communication and support than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and there have been many over the years. A little hot in the summer, but great amenities and communication.

Overall I thought this was a great house. Great location and spot. There was always a place to park albeit sometimes it felt like there wouldn't be. Parking is on the street. The house was a little hot. Each day when I returned it was 80+ because no central cooling. The master bedroom had an AC unit and got cold - this was great. The other two rooms had stand up fans. My one minus overall is that there are two skyroofs in the master. It got light each morning around 6 AM. Luckily for me I had to be up early, but I thought this would have been difficult had I been on vacation and not visiting for work. Everything else was great and felt professional. Just the cooling and skyroofs are the only negatives. Overall it's a 4.5 for me, but I'm rounding up to the 5. Thank you for great communication as well!
