Great vacation! Super helpful staff. Had a problem with the built-in microwave on the first morning. A handyman was there within an hour with a replacement. Window washers arrived that same day to clean all the glass, so our views of the beach were perfectly clear. Things to note before you go: lots of stairs, the unit doesn’t have AC, but did provide portable fan, since it is right on the beach there is unavoidably rust on metal throughout.

The views are amazing! Location is excellent! Condo was clean. We were locked out of one bathroom the whole trip, one TV went out, and one bedroom had only one outlet that worked which made it tricky to properly fan the room in the condo with no A/C unit. Communicated our issues after second day and never heard any responses even after we left on day 6. Lack of communication is a very big turn off from revisiting.

Paradise on the boardwalk

Amazing location and view for girls reunion. We each had our own room and bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Clean and had all that we needed.

Great Location on the beach! Check-in was very easy. Property needs a deep clean and new furniture. Living room couch looks and feels 20 years old. Patio furniture is worn and ripped. Note that the fancy en-suite bathroom has a queen bed. The King room is in middle level and desperately needs blackout curtains due to an outdoor light that shines in.

Parking was very narrow. It took some work to fit the vehicle in the parking stall. Initially 2 of the 4 bathrooms were locked. The management responded relatively quickly. Renters below did not adhere to the quiet hours. Loved the view from the balcony. Plenty of towels.

Exactly as depicted. Quiet neighborhood on the Bay, walking distance to everything. Perfect for a family gathering. Great with our elderly parents as the elevator made it so they never had to take the stairs.

The place was in perfect spot , it was clean and seems to have everything we needed. Short on silverware we had to wash a lot but most don’t eat at home. There was an issue with a couple of things but host said it would be fixed the day we left. So everyone go ahead and book beautiful view of the ocean we seen dolphins and surfers and an awesome view to people watch.

Great location! House was clean and the host was very responsive to all my questions. Was bummed there wasn’t AC but that was my fault for not checking before booking. Also with a one year old the tile stairs were a little difficult. And one other thing to mention, it does have a pack n play. I was told they didn’t and to rent from a company, 75 later first thing we find at the house was a pack n play. lol But really awesome beach front property! The back deck to watch the sunset was incredible!! Our kids had a blast and already asked when we can come back!

It was a nice stay, the unit has some spiders hanging around, only one towel in the lower restrooms. Handle on freezer is hanging on by a thread. Baseboards could use some cleaning and replacing warped

Location was wonderful. Beach view was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional. I recommend bringing warm clothes because there was no thermostat for heat that we could find, though I didn't inquire about this so it's possible I just missed it. There were stains on the rugs and overall the place was not as clean as it could have been. Mold and mildew in certain places.

This was a great house with beautiful views of the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of utensils and pans for cooking if you choose to do so. Please note that all the bedrooms and bathrooms have steps to reach them. There is not a bedroom or bathroom on the living room level. There are three different levels in the house. The patio on the middle level was a great place to relax. Beautiful views of the ocean. The house is in a great area with the boardwalk within an easy walk. The beach itself is huge and there is a great walking/bike path right outside the house. I highly recommend this house.

Great location

The location was perfect. If you’re not comfortable with stairs, this is not the place for you. The floor of the main suite bathroom shower was incredibly slippery and it’s only a matter of time before someone falls and is injured. Also there was no shelf in the double shower to put soap, shampoo, etc.. Some of the lighting in the living room wasn’t working properly.

Very nice location right on the boardwalk/beach. From the door it's about a 10' walk to the sand. Loved that it was so close. 5 min walk to coffee shop and many restaurants. Loved the big slider door on main level, wish the deck was off the living room and not the bedroom. Furniture was a little dated but mattresses were pretty comfortable. PARKING IS TIGHT! We had a ford expedition and had about 3" of clearance on either side of vehicle and had to back it in each time. That was the most difficult part of the stay. With all 4 cars parked it was extremely hard to get out to the sidewalk because of the 8 trash cans between the back of the cars and the house. Didn't use the kitchen at all since we were there less than 48 hours. Looked basically stocked from what I could see. If you want to be ON the Beach this is a great spot for you. About a 5 min walk to the closest lifeguard stand if you want to be in the water with someone actively watching you/kids. Would stay here again. Just would like living room furniture updated a bit.

Property in really poor condition

It was clear from the moment we arrived that there hadn’t been any maintenance done on this property whatsoever in the past several years. Anything that could be rusted (outside or even inside, like fans, speakers, etc.) had been rusted and not replaced or even painted over. Drapes and carpet (and one quilt) had horrible stains throughout. Couch had outlived its useful life by several years and the cushions no longer even resembled (or held) their original shape. Closet doors were off hinges. Beach umbrella was broken and beach closet looked like a grenade went off in it. The cherry on top was that I had reached out to the management company ahead of our stay to ask if the house had a pack n play for our infant, and they said there wasn’t one, so we purchased one to bring with us. When we arrived, behind the broken fan in the closet with the door off the hinges, there was a perfectly working pack n play. Just shows management hasn’t bothered to visit the property in ages, let alone try to properly maintain it over the yearsHands down the worst maintained property we’ve ever stayed in. View was beautiful, so that was the one positive

First of all, the place was clean and the host was helpful.The parking space was not big enough to park and get out of the car without hitting the other car doors. Not a good if you have young kids or elderly because of the stairs. It did say no elevator, but did not think it was like this. There are 25 steps to the condo with your luggage. That is just the landing for the 1st floor which has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Then you have to go down 8 steps to the living room. Back up to the main level and then up to next level 8 steps to the master bedroom and bath. Then, go up 8 more steps to the 3rd bedroom and bath. And, the floor is porcelain tiles, which would really be bad if you fell.Only 1 closet to hang clothes, and it was on the main level. The bed frame is a shin buster. The master bedroom was real weird with the glass doors and window to the inside of the house, and it was queen bed, not a king.First day, the TV didn't work. They did buy a new one for the next day and my husband put it up with a butter knife.Internet in the living room was always buffering because the modem is in the front bedroom closet. Hardly any silverware and no condiments. Would have been nice to have sugar, sweeteners and catsup or mustard. Was not told about the showers and the access to the beach. We thought maybe we were walking on the other peoples condo.No AC, but it did post that. All you have to do is open the door and window and get cross circulation. A lot of fans throughout.
